機材の貸出申込
Equipment Request
撮影・編集のトレーニングを受けた学生のみなさんに、撮影に必要な機材を貸し出しています。（トレーニングを受けていない柏キャンパスの学生・教職員の方で撮影・編集を希望される方は、「制作依頼」のページから事務局へご連絡ください）
機材の受け渡しは、柏キャンパスの第2総合研究棟2階210号室です。
We offer the equipment to the students who have received our 2-day training of video production. (If you are a student/faculty/staff on Kashiwa Campus who has NOT received our training and wish to request video production, please contact the secretariat from the "Production Request" page.)
The equipment has to be picked up and returned in Room #210, 2nd floor, Kashiwa Research Complex II Bldg.
機材の貸出規約 / Terms of Use
撮影および編集に必要な機材の貸し出しは、貸し出し希望日の1週間前までに、申し込んでください。
貸し出しは1日単位です。連続して3日以上の利用を希望する場合は、事前に事務局に相談ください。
貸出延長が必要な場合、貸出期間内に新たな申し込みをしてください。
機材は必ず事務局に返却し、学生間で受け渡すことは禁止します。
機材のキャンパス外への持ち出しは原則として禁止します。
機材およびアカウントをこの事業の目的以外に使用することは厳しく禁じます。
機材を破損または紛失した時は、直ちに事務局まで連絡ください。※事由によっては補償を請求する可能性もあります。
Please make an equipment reservation at least 1 week before the desired borrowing date.
You can borrow equipment on a daily basis. If you wish to use equipment more than 3 days in a row, please ask the secretariat in advance.
To postpone the return date, you must make a new reservation through the online form within the borrowing period.
You must return the equipment to the secretariat. Do NOT lend or borrow equipment between students.
Equipment is expected to be used on campus.
It is strictly forbidden to use the equipment and the account information for any other purpose than this GSFS Video Production Project.
If the equipment is broken or lost, please notify the secretariat immediately. ※Depending on the reason, compensation may be claimed.
