機材の貸出申込
Equipment Request
撮影・編集のトレーニングを受けた学生のみなさんに、撮影に必要な機材を貸し出しています。（トレーニングを受けていない柏キャンパスの学生・教職員の方で撮影・編集を希望される方は、「制作依頼」のページから事務局へご連絡ください）
機材の受け渡しは、柏キャンパスの環境棟1階109号室です。
We offer the equipment to the students who have received our 2-day training of video production. (If you are a student/faculty/staff on Kashiwa Campus who has NOT received our training and wish to request video production, please contact the secretariat from the "Production Request" page.)
The equipment has to be picked up and returned in Room #109, 1st floor, Environmental Studies Bldg.
機材の貸出規約 / Terms of Use
撮影および編集に必要な機材の貸し出しは、貸し出し希望日の1週間前までに、申し込んでください。
貸し出しは1日単位です。連続して3日以上の利用を希望する場合は、事前に事務局に相談ください。
貸出延長が必要な場合、貸出期間内に新たな申し込みをしてください。
機材は必ず事務局に返却し、学生間で受け渡すことは禁止します。
機材のキャンパス外への持ち出しは原則として禁止します。
機材およびアカウントをこの事業の目的以外に使用することは厳しく禁じます。
機材を破損または紛失した時は、直ちに事務局まで連絡ください。
Please make an equipment reservation at least 1 week before the desired borrowing date.
You can borrow equipment on a daily basis. If you wish to use equipment more than 3 days in a row, please ask the secretariat in advance.
To postpone the return date, you must make a new reservation through the online form within the borrowing period.
You must return the equipment to the secretariat. Do NOT lend or borrow equipment between students.
Equipment is expected to be used on campus.
It is strictly forbidden to use the equipment and the account information for any other purpose than this GSFS Video Production Project.
If the equipment is broken or lost, please notify the secretariat immediately.
機材を借りたい場合は、メールでご連絡ください。
ご連絡いただく内容：
１．申込者氏名・学籍番号・緊急連絡先の電話番号（貸出中に連絡が取れる電話番号）
２．貸出希望日時
３．返却希望日時
４．使用したい機材（①カメラバッグ ②三脚 ③ライトスタンド ④PCバッグ ⑤マスストレージ ⑥その他）
５．機材を使用する場所（基本的には学内での使用をお願いいたします）
６．機材を使うメンバー（複数人で使用する場合は、代表者以外の全員の名前）
If you want to borrow equipment, please email the following information to the secretariat.
Information to be provided:
1. Applicant's Name, Student ID Number, and Emergency Contact Number (a phone number where you can be reached during the borrowing period)
2. Desired Borrowing Date/Time
3. Desired Return Date/Time
4. Equipment to Use: (1) Camera Bag (2) Tripod (3) Light Stand (4) PC Bag (5) Mass Storage (6) Others
5. Location to Use Equipment (Equipment is expected to be used on campus.)
6. Members' Names (If more than one person will be using the equipment, list all members.)
